There were eleven former Hampton Gray Memorial School students and three 
of their spouses in attendance at the Official Unveiling of the Valiants Memorial here in Ottawa on 5 Nov, 2006.
> On completion of the unveiling ceremonies the group spent Saturday attending the Wine Festival 
in downtown Ottawa followed by a trip to the War Museum.  The group then dined at Mama Theresa's Saturday evening.
> After a final viewing of the busts unveiled earlier in the day, the group spent their last few hours 
together at D'arcy MacGee's, a favourite spot for all visitors to Ottawa.  A wonderful time was had by all and it 
was certainly  great to renew old friendships.
