CNAG ATLANTIC AREA NEWS
UPDATE On 7 November 2010, CNAG
Atlantic held their regular meeting with approximately 55 members present. After much discussion -
questions were asked and answered and the following decisions were voted on
and approved. 1. CNAG
Atlantic will remain as a social group and retain their former name. 2. Yearly
dues of $10 will be collected for membership. 3. In
January, an elected executive consisting of President, Vice President,
Secretary and Treasurer will conduct the meetings. 4. Life
members will be honored as in the past. (No dues.) 5. Members
eligibility will consist of ex Naval Air and those who served in a supporting
role with Naval Air, spouses, widows and family members. 6. Wreaths
will be laid to commemorate the Battle of the Atlantic, Battle of Britain and
November 11th. 7. Special
socials throughout the year will be carried on ie
BBQ, Wine and Cheese, Christmas Party, Ladies Luncheons etc. 8. Membership
year will be 1 January to 31 December. It is our hope that the
remaining Chapters will carry on in a similar manner. Please forward your news to
the web site in order to keep in touch across Canada. This will now be our only means of
communicating and continuing our comradship. Buck Rogers President CNAG Atlantic The CNAG Atlantic Meeting
was held 3 December with 51 members present. Following the meeting, a
Christmas Dinner was enjoyed at ‘Neighbours Pub and Grill’ with 58 in
attendance. The following names have
